Interacting with SARS on tax compliance requirements
Registering a testamentary trust, if it’s needed
Liquidating or transferring investments and property to heirs
Distributing the estate in terms of the will, including paying inheritances
We also act as an agent to the executor. This means that if your loved one has appointed you as their executor, you still have oversight and control of the administration of the estate, but we help you with the day-to-day administrative tasks and your consultant is available to advise you on any matters relating to the estate.
